During my job search Leah has been absolutely amazing. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and really wanted to make sure I was making the right decisions for myself. Honestly one of the best crew agencies out there! You can feel that they really care about finding the right job for you no matter what it takes. All three agents are outstanding, especially Zsofia who has gone above and beyond. An agency that feels warm and welcoming of all crew green or experienced. A-Z yachting found me the best possible job to suit my needs and made the process very stress-free and easy! Couldn't recommend a better agency.
